The event is held at the Hippodrome stadium in Kasidol, where exhibit reception is scheduled for Friday afternoon and early Saturday morning, with judging beginning Saturday at 09:00 AM. The official opening ceremony with a cultural program is set for Saturday at 11:30 AM, and a small animal fair will also be organized as part of the event. A formal lunch is planned for all participants and guests, followed by the presentation of awards, diplomas, and trophies to the most successful breeders before the event closes at 4:00 PM.
